Tumis bawang putih yg sudah digeprak smp harum..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3. Masukan mienya sebentar rebus smp agak empuk tambahin garem dikit. Rebus air sampe mendidih trs masukkan mie tambahkan kecap (*tips ini aku dt dr majalah katanya klo mau bikin mie goreng yg bumbunya meresap caranya dg menambahkan kecap waktu ngrebus mienya*), masak sampe mateng tapi jgn sampe terlalu lembek.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;2. Tumis cabe + bawang sampe harum, kemudian masukan bakso &amp;amp; sosis/ nugget, setelah itu masukkan mie ples bumbu2 bawaan mie, setelah itu msukkan daun bawang masak sampe mateng dan tercampur rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;3. Lalu masukkan kecap, garam, dan gula. Masak sampai airnya keluar. Akhirnya nemu deh resep ayam panggang Klaten...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;pre  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-size:85%;" &gt;&lt;span style=";font-size:85%;" lang="SV" &gt;Bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-size:85%;" &gt;&lt;span style=";font-size:85%;" lang="SV" &gt;3 sdm minyak sayur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="SV"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;2 lembar daun salam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;1 batang serai, memarkan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;1 sdt asam Jawa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;1 ekor ayam buras yang muda, potong 4 bagian&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa parut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;pre  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style="" lang="SV"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Haluskan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-size:85%;" lang="SV" &gt;6 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;5 butir kemiri&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm ketumbar, sangrai&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt merica butiran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  lang="SV" &gt;1 cm kunyit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;1 cm lengkuas&lt;br /&gt;1 cm jahe&lt;br /&gt;20 g gula Jawa&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;aku tambah 3 sdm kecap&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;pre  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-size:85%;" &gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan daun salam, dan serai. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan potongan ayam, aduk hingga kaku.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"  lang="SV" &gt;4. Tuangi santan, aduk-aduk hingga mendidih.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style="" lang="SV"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-size:85%;" &gt;5. Kecilkan api. Masak hingga kuah berminyak kental dan daging ayam empuk.&lt;br /&gt;6. Angkat ayam, tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;7. Bakar di atas bara api sambil olesi sisa bumbu hingga ayam agak kecokelatan dan kering.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-family: verdana;font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;(*karena aku males.. jdnya aku panggang aja di oven..*)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-size:85%;" &gt;8. Brownies: Tim bahan A hingga leleh, sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; 3.     Kocok bahan B hingga gula larut, masukkan bahan A, aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; 4.     Masukkan bahan C yang telah diayak, aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; 5.     Ambil adonan kulit pai satu sendok teh, letakkan dalam loyang pai, tekan-tekan hingga padat, tusuk-tusuk alasnya dengan garpu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; 6. Kecilkan api, masukan terigu dan baking soda ayak, aduk cepat sampai      tercampur, besarkan api lagi, aduk adonan sampe meletup2, angkat, dinginkan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;     3. Siapkan cetakan kue bolu, oleskan margarin di bagian sebelah dalam, taburi terigu hingga merata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;2. Campurkan Terigu, Susu bubuk krim dan baking powder, aduk hingga teracmpur merata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;3. Kocok telur dan gula sampai putih.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;4. Masukkan TBM, kocok sampai mengembang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;5. Masukkan pisang yang sudah dihaluskan, kocok rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;6. Masukkan campuran terigu, kocok perlahan sampai tercampur rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;7. Masukkan Margarin cair, aduk merata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;8. Tuangkan adonan ke dalam cetakan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;10. Liem inilah yg paling pas dilidah...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Telur 6 butir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Gula 225 gram&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Vanili secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Garam secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Emulsifier 1/2 sdt teh&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Terigu 125 gram, ayak, aduk rata dg coklat bubuk&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Coklat bubuk 50 gram, ayak, aduk rata dg terigu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Minyak 175 ml&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Dark Cooking Cokelat 100 gram, lelehkan, campur dg minyak&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Susu Kental Manis (SKM) 75 ml&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Cara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang, masukkan campuran tepung terigu dan cokelat bubuk. Aduk perlahan hingga rata. Masukkan campuran minyak dan DCC, aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan sepertiga bagian adonan, beri SKM, aduk rata. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Bagi 2 adonan tanpa SKM, bagian I kukus selama 10 menit, tambahkan adonan dg SKM selama 10 menit, terakhir masukkan adonan sisa tanpa SKM, lanjutkan mengukus selama kurleb 20 menit.
